A welcome respite from the elements, the room is always cool and the drinks are plenty.Welcome to The Azure Moon, a bar and social lounge located in the Mist outside of Limsa Lominsa. The lounge offers a classy, yet relaxed, atmosphere and is pleased to serve clients from all backgrounds. With an extensive selection of top shelf liquors, beer, wine, and more, there is sure to be something for every taste.Down the stairs from the main floor, patrons will find the true oasis. The bar featured prominently boasts an extensive liquor collection and a menu featuring beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Ample seating encourages guests to sit a while and enjoy the respite.

The lounge is strictly a 21+ venue, both IC and OOC.

01 No fighting in the bar. The lounge is a neutral location, serving clientele from all backgrounds. If an issue arises that cannot be resolved with words, take it outside. 02 In the spirit of honoring Rule 1, weapons are to remain sheathed, holstered, or otherwise concealed while inside the lounge. 03 The bar area is for staff only. This is not a self service establishment. 04 Any violation of these rules is subject to immediate, and not entirely gentle, removal from the premises.

01 We are an LGBTQ+ friendly space. Any form of OOC hate or biggotry is not tolerated. In character and canon-typical behaviors will be treated accordingly, but IC actions have IC consequences. 02 Don't be a dick. This does not need further explanation. 03 While we welcome mature and dark RP, please be considerate of others and respect people's, and character's, boundaries. 04 Please maintain a SFW appearance in the venue. Clothing should be worn at all times. No ERP, take it to party or tells.

Holy Water the good shit | rhela's personal favorite aged whiskey, served neat.
Green Wonder light and botanical | gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. served in a sugar-rimmed glass.
Liquid Sunshine sweet | new world coconut rum, pineapple juice, and pomegranate and allagan melon syrup. served over crushed ice.
Terminus Est sweet, sour, and very, very blue | vodka, rum, tequila, gin, blue orange peel liqueur, sweet-and-sour, and sparkling lime juice. served over ice and garnished with a lemon.
Try Me mystery drink. | rhela is always testing new recipes. give her your prefered tastes, and she'll make something from her extensive backlog.

Limsa Lominsa Iced Tea for those who have to get drunk as efficiently as possible. | tequila, vodka, white rum, orange liqueur, gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and a splash of something dark and fizzy. served most often with a dirty look from the bartender. (subject to adt'l "fuck you" surcharge)
Classic Old Fashioned simple, but a classic for a reason. | bourbon, simple syrup, bitters, and an orange twist. served over a ball of ice.
Ginger Mule a bit of sweet, a bit of spice. | vodka, fresh lime juice, bitters, sipicy ginger beer. served over ice in a copper mug.
Firing Squad sweet and deceptively strong. | clear tequila, fresh lime juice, bitters, and pomegranate syrup served over ice with a lime wedge.

We serve local drafts as well as bottles from around the star.

Aleport Bitter Ale a dark amber draft brewed in La Noscea's Aleport, served straight from the cask at cellar temperature.
Coffer & Coffin Ale crisp, dry, and light. brewed by the Coffer & Coffin in thanalan, served chilled from the cask.
Ishgardian Stout bottled. dark and heavy, with notes of chocolate malt and coffee.
Thavnair Pale ale bottled. bitter and heavy on the hops.

wine

Quicksand’s Homemade Honey Wine a wine homemade by the quicksands in Ul'dah. known for its rich, sweet flavor and its less-than-subtle kick.
Lowland White La Noscean white wine. bold citrus flavor with hints of apple, pear and cinnamon.
Lohmani Red handcrafted in Wineport. red blend. dry and acidic with notes of oak, vanilla, smoke, and blackberry and cherry. by the bottle only
Gensui Wine Wine brewed in the Gensui Chain using locally sourced rice and spring water.

mead & other

Flavors from Eorzea and beyond.

traditional honey mead brewed in the black shroud, heavy on the honey.
strawberry mead an acidic but sweet mead with a distinctive pinkish tone.
apple or pear cider lightly alcoholic, served in bottles or over ice.
arak a colorless, licorice-flavored drink considered a specialty of the Gyr Abanian region. Made from dates.
absinthe a green, anise-flavored spirit. extremely strong. best experienced with sugar.

moonshine

Distilled in Ul'dah. Will "put you on your ass", according to the bartender. Available by the jar, or in a glass.

traditional moonshine typically reserved for mixed drinks and use as paint stripper.
berry moonshine mixed berries float in this faintly purple jar of liquor.
peach moonshine the sweetest variety of those available, peach juice and chunks of fruit give this jar its flavor.
apple pie moonshine brewed with pressed apple juice, cinnamon, and other traditional spices.
hot pepper moonshine it's better if you don't, probably.

Net 'The Black' Svartr || carrd
OWNER

A laid back and relaxed owner for the most part, Net is more than willing and happy to handle any and all business that comes through his doors. From simple chats and conversations, to possible business that finds itself walking through with a purpose. This Viera is like a spider in a web of connections, favors, deals and debts. It depends on which you're seeking when you come in, what you will get. Enjoy a glass, some company and perhaps 'product' if you're interested, and relax for a time.

BARTENDER

The customer service leaves much to be desired, but Rhela's drinks are phenomenal. With generous pours and a seemingly infinite memory for cocktail recipes, there is little she can't whip up if asked. Despite appearances, this diminutive xalea is more than capable of acting as her own security and she is willing - and eager - to throw trouble makers out the door.Looking for something stronger than liquor? A whispered word might grant you access to products reserved for select clientele.

ALL-ROUNDER

From mingling with guests to helping out behind the bar, there is little this friendly miqo'te does not do around the lounge. As Net's partner and manager, Ra'mele is a familiar face to regulars and newcomers alike.

La Famiglia d'Argento

In partnership with La Famiglia d'Argento, samples of their specialty products are available on request.

greed also known as Bliss. Bliss is a pink powder that is snorted. It gives a brief, but strong high. The user will hallucinate their deepest desires, even if the desires are hidden to oneself. While the hallucination is brief, it is incredibly intense and leaves the body sensitive to touch for a time afterward.
gluttony also known as Cuchulainn’s Bounty, comes in capsule form and allows for the rapid absorption of aether, digesting food as quickly as it is consumed. It is popular with food enthusiasts.
lust also called Velvet Rapture, is a strong aphrodisiac. It enhances pleasures of the flesh to become an out-of-body experience. Those who take it will act on instinct. The user’s aether and bodily fluids entwine with that of their partner and leads to an indescribable experience. It can be spread through bodily fluid. Lust is a paper-like tablet that dissolves on the tongue.
pride also known as Eclipse. It is confidence that comes in a vial - obviously liquid format. It annihilates all inhibitions, a stronger effect than alcohol has in this regard, without impairing motor skills. It “eclipses” all that holds one back.
sloth also called the Dreaming Demon, is stronger than somnus. It induces a deep sleep that healers would mistake its effects for death. It can be used as a calming method or faking one’s death. It comes in the form of a wax that is melted into a liquid to be injected.
