Amra Rum Lassi
Lassi, a traditional drink from Thavnair made of Hannish yoghurt and amra; with a splash of rum as a kick, not quite enough to make heads spin.
Kama Sura
Kama may mean "love" in Hannish, and this ale is just that. Smooth and calming, a perfect drink for any adventurer!
Cinduruva Cider
Hard mango cider mixed with gin and native Hannish juice. Named after the Magus Sister of Wisdom, its golden-sweet hue is the most wise choice for any event.
Minduruva Mist
A drink of pure ingenuity, this drink is an alchemical take on a fruity cocktail. A faint alchemical mist permeates the top of this drink to accentuate the freshness, and it is Ume’s special creation.
Spiced Satrap
A Hannish take on the Eorzean hard cider, with a refreshing and spiced aftertaste.
Kimiya Kallu
A potent palm wine made by the alchemists of Al-Kimiya. Our strongest drink and one you won't forget!
Sanduruva Spirit
What other way to pays respects to the Manusya of wealth than floating gold leaf in your drink? A cocktail of darkened rum, ginger beer and lime juice, topped with floating specs of gold.

Island Miq'abob
A common travel snack amongst adventurers, with a Hannish kick from the spices.
Karniyarik
Doman and Hannish ingredients combine in this dish to stir the senses. Doman eggplants are stuffed with spiced hamsa breast, seeped in tomatoes. This comfort food is excellent if you need to wind down from a long day.
Curry Selection
Freshly made Hannish curry. Our selection is as follows:
Hamsa Curry - A traditional rendition of Hannish curry. Chopped hamsa breast that is tenderly stewed in curry, and served over rice.
Lentil Curry - Ume’s signature curry. It is made with fresh lentils and high quality spices, seeped in rich coconut milk and served with rice.
Scallop Curry - A delicate and rare curry made from cooking glass scallops. It is seasoned with an ancient spice blend and paired with a soft and sweet rice.
Jhinga Curry - Fresh Thavnairian prawns, simmered in a mix of blood tomatoes and coconut milk, this is a signature for the fisherman of Akyaali.
Spicy Shakshouka
Dzo sausage stewed in and with the juices of crushed tomatoes. The house blend of spices is stirred in and it is crowned by a large cracked hamsa egg.
Amra Salad
A light salad dressed in perilla oil and topped with freshly chopped amra and tomatoes. It is a nice alternative for those more used to Eorzean cuisine.
Naan
A Thavnarian bread commonly used to scoop and eat alongside other meals.*Served alongside every other meal
Desserts
Baklava
Thin sheets of dough filled with chopped almonds and walnuts, individually wrapped and drizzled in honey; decorated with edible flowers.
Hannish Yogurt Cake
The Respite’s take on cheesecake. Light and fluffy Hannish yoghurt batter mixed with fresh mullberries leave any who partake in it in pure bliss.
Coffee Brownie
A decadent brownie batter mixed with Hannish coffee; topped with chopped amra for a finish. This sweet treat is an excellent way to end a meal.
Jalebi
Handmade thin fried dough, twisted and turned into fun shapes. This light bread is drizzled in lime syrup that is left to crystallize to enhance the sweet flavors.
Hannish Delight
An assortment of lemon, orange, rose, cinnamon, mint, rolanberry, amra, chocolate, and peach candies; these candies are handmade by Hannish alchemists served in a decorative star jar.
Gahane Amra
Known as Jeweled Amra, in the common tongue. Amra caramelized in honey and rose water, topped with edible flowers; this sweet almost looks like a gemstone. Ciren’s specialty, full of heartfelt nostalgia.

Ume Nanotari - Cerulean Lotus
Ume Nanotari is the founder of the Magus' Respite, and a former dancer from Radz-at-Han. Despite a history of suffering, pain, and loss, Ume strives to show all a good time. It hardly matters if you have just walked through the door, or have known her all your life; she will be willing to swap stories of death defying action, or lend a comforting presence to those who need one.
Aria Desmona - The White Rose
Once a former line cook at the Bismarck in Limsa Lominsa, Lady Desmona brings her own culinary flair and expertise to the Respite, along with a youthful zest for life and a knack for hospitality. Yet ware her well; there is far more to this raven-haired woman of Ishgard than meets the eye.
Neelam Anvari - The Sapphire Sunset
An ever stalwart member of Radiant Host, this shark obsessed Auri is proud to serve both her nation and her customers in equal measure! Beloved by her fellow guardsman for her boundless determination, baked goods and terrifying ability to make almost any situation as silly as possible.

Ciren Faea - The Shaded Lily
Surrogate daughter to Ume Nanotari. Shy and humble, Ciren is always happy to strike up conversation. Despite difficulty in seeing, she will do all she can in order to bring respite to all those who enter the halls; whether that is in stories, good food, or just gentle company. Beware the curry ladle, however.
Katia Rei – The Violet Orchid
Resident of Ul’dah and proud owner of a boutique, Katia is not one to rest on her laurels. Be it a posh parlor or a humble kitchen, this woman is wont to exude a sense of elegance and grace wherever she may be. Although she would provide a calming presence to those she meets, do beware; she is never afraid to spice things up a bit. Dare you take the heat?
Axiha Mihmeria - Wild Dahlia
A native to the northern reaches of Thavnair, Axiha was once the sole connection of her tribe to the outside world. Learning of the dancers from Radz-at-Han, she kept coming back to watch them perform. As fate turned, Axiha eventually followed Ume Nanotari back to Eorzea, learning the ropes of adventure and acting as a guard for the Magus' Respite.
Brisket - The Goldenrod
A rotund cat that seems to follow Ciren around to help. While they never want to move unless it’s following Ciren; they do enjoy spending time with the patrons. Their favorite treat is green beans, though they might try to take the lentils from your curry.

Soul Scrying
Ever wanted fate to give a gentle nudge in the right direction? Ask the pale-eyed Raen to guide you under the celestine curtains to let fate reveal what it has in store for you. She may ask if you have any questions before you begin; so if you have a specific string of fate you wish to follow, be sure to let her know!
This service is free, but only available when Ciren is capable of it. Do not hesitate to ask, though she may be busy and unable to get to you on certain nights.
