Kohakushoku No Me (Amber Eye)

Junmai-shu. Sake in it's purest form. And while it is colorless to show it's purity, the taste can only be described as Golden. It's strong umami that hits like a wall of light, and in the wake of a strong bitter acidic flash leaves your mouth awash in a sweet aftertaste, yet still somehow dry.
It is chilled in mountain caves of Daitenzan on Koshu island in Hingashi. It is considered Aeterna Art. The Bottle is made from carved bone inlaid with amber sourced from the Steppes and the sake has multiple ageing stages.

Fuyu No Sakura (Winter Cherry Blossoms)

GINJO-SHU. ANOTHER KOHRYU ART PIECE. GINJO-SHU USE A SPECIAL TYPE OF YEAST AND THE RICE MASH IS FERMENTED IN LOW TEMPERATURES. IT ALSO REQUIRES LABOR-INTENSIVE TECHNIQUES TO PREPARE THE SAKE. THE FLAVOUR IS MUCH MILDER THAN JUNMAI AND IS SLIGHTLY SWEET, AND IT SMELLS FLORAL AND FRUITY. Safaia no Sora (Sapphire Sky)

Daiginjo Shizuku- zake which used a rare Hingan rice grown only in Okamura plantations on the mainland of Hingashi. rice polishing ratio 35%. Produced by the method from the old days using clay pottery and fermented in cold caves high up in the mountains. Then hand squeezed through special sake bags. The cold fermentation leaves this sweet with a sharp blade of alcohol. that tastes like ice across the tongue that blossoms into something that can only be described as inescapably blue.The bottle comes in a blue earthenware jug with the Okamura Lotus seal inlaid in Lapis Lazuli. And bound in red cord.(Best served at room temperature)

Strawberry Daiquiri

This Strawberry blended drink is not only refreshing but utterly delightful. Easy to drink and able to be made with or without alcohol. Garnished with it's namesake fruit for extra pizzazz and consumption!

Blue Limsan

This drink, blended with copious amount of rum, blue curacao, vodka and pineapple juice is your perfect, rowdy companion to enjoy the summer heat~. Miqo'te Mule

This drink, made from lime juice, fermented ginger beer, vodka, a touch of grain alcohol and garnished with a spritz of seltzer and a lemon slice. This drink cannot be served without a chilled copper mug. It... It just doesn't taste right without it.

Simple, effective, delightful. The Rum is a simple, spiced, Limsan import rum that goes good in anything sweet. Luckily this is paired with a secret recipe Cola of Ulfrik Jovasch, resident chef and five time champion of the Fire Festival Swimsuit competition. Garnished with Lime and Lemon.

This high proof hooch is one hell of a doozy. Best served whilst on fire to maximize it's potential, punch and overall inadvertent mascochistic aspects. The Blood of Ifrit is a time delayed shot. The longer it burns, the more alcohol accumulates in the drink itself. It's best consumed upon lighting unless you enjoy the taste of pain.

Angel's Breath

This beautiful blue drink glows in the pale light. Mist wafts over the top, curling into the form of dancing angels with beating feathered wings, every bit as sweet as the silent angel herself! What is in the refreshing blue drink itself is a mystery, but at the first sip the imbiber must wonder if they are tasting a piece of heaven’s sky. Big Red

A variation on your traditional old fashioned, and much like its namesake a few surprising twists hidden inside. The base of this drink is a bright red sweet Shroud cherry that is popped in the center of the glass, followed by red grenadine for sweetness, bitters for a floral bouquet, and a few droplets of bright red Campari for a surprise bite in the middle. A large icecube crowns the base over which a solid rye whiskey is poured over to give it heft and that nice woody whiskey taste. To complete this drink, rim gently with fresh grated cinnamon, a slice of La Noscean orange, and a smoking cinnamon stick that gives it a fiery lingering finish.

The sweet mixture made it difficult to stop drinking, and the alcohol content ensured a night of horrible decisions.The primary ingredient is vodka, infused with the warm taste of blackberries. Add in pomegranate, lemon, lime, and orange juices and you have the legendary drink. Consumer be warned: by the time you take your first sip, you’re already drunk.

A sweet, bubbly vintage, made in-house and a long-time favorite of staff and patrons alike. The brewing process is a well-kept Wish secret, with all manner of rumors surrounding its creation - there are some that say that a yearly party is held, where the seductive minxes of the Wish disrobe and dance in vats of the finest grapes in preparation for each batch. Served ice-cold.

The Mystery Shot

Crystal-clear, idly fizzling liquid the color of muted amethyst rests among a gentle foray of bubbles, much like champagne, but something seems off within the small, curved glass; a curious glow, a fading pulse from color to vibrant color, as if the glass itself were unsure which concoction laid within.
