The Team

Valrem Sanguinar - A somewhat sociable person with moderation, he has left most of his past behind him in hopes of a better future. This restaurant being the start. With a bright future seemingly ahead he is giving it his all, aiming to rival the famous 'Bismark' in Limsa.

N'badra Jhiti - It's a wonder why this charming Miqo'te would even bother to work a day job with such a successful career as an Idol. However, the truth of the matter is no wonder at all. Just take one look at the dessert menu!

Keekoi Neu - "FuFuFu~ A little bit of this and a little bit of that and I got myself a full meal-- OH. HI. UH. We cant have these scraps going to waste, right...? "

Events

March 30th 2021 - Hydaelyn Street Faire - Costa del Jugo will be running a booth at the famous Hydaelyn Street Faire. Come by and enjoy the fresh air of the Lavender Beds Ward 8.

Appetizers

  • Crab Croquetas - Rich buttery crab legs blended with fluffy mashed vegetables, rolled into a ball covered in bread crumbs, and fried to a crispy golden-brown.

  • Haddock Dip con Platanos - A thick salty dip made from a purée of haddock, egg, and mashed potatoes.

  • Mejillones en Rojo - East La Noscean mussels steamed in a zesty sauce of bellpeppers, garlic, and onion. *Warning - Spicy!

  • Tres Piratas - Succulent raw kabob of alternating tuna and salmon paired with three sauces of lemon olive oil, soy sauce, and spicy siracha for dipping.

Main Course

  • Bacalao - Salt cured cod stewed in tomato base with green olives and fresh herbs.

  • Paella - An elaborate rice dish with jumbo shrimp, green peas, bell peppers and saffron.

  • Pan Fried Mahi Mahi - Bread crumb coated Mahi Mahi, pan fried to crispy perfection over a fresh garden salad.

  • Creamy Salmon Pasta - La Noscean Salmon in an aldgoat cream and sundried tomato sauce, mixed with made in house pasta.

  • Grilled Lobster with Mofongo - Diamond grilled lobster with a lemon aioli, sided with a garlicky mashed plantain.

  • King Crab - Lemon steamed king crab from the La Noscean depths.

  • Fried Platter - Breaded and fried shrimp, scallops, and clam strips, deep fried with a vinegary paprika sauce.

  • Stuffed Squid - Calamari stuffed with quinoa grain and garlic lemon spinach.

Dessert

  • Flan - An ishgardian egg custard with a La Noscean twist.

  • Granitas - A semi-frozen treat made from smooth shaved ice and fruit juices. . . . . . . . . . . . Peach, Lemon, Dragonfruit, Strawberry, and Orange. . . . *Other flavors may be served upon request if able.

  • Chocolate Mousse - A rich chocolaty cloud in a glass.
