About the Holy Ramen Empire

The Holy Ramen Empire was a vision that was born from the mind of a Hingan Viera by the name of Soma no Minoru and helped made into a reality with the additional financial assistance of Clan Shinbon. Our Menu

Ramen - All ramen dishes are provided with an optional container of chili oil and soy sauce, chopsticks or traditional dining utensils (spoon and/or fork)! Toppings may be substituted or added for an additional fee. Wagyu (breaded beef), karage (fried chicken), and/or ebi tempura (crispy fried shrimp) may be added or substituted in place of chashu!

  • Ishgardian Shio Ramen - A staple salty ramen bowl prepared with a broth composed of dried seafood, kelp, Ishgardian rock salt, garlic and ginger! Toppings include char siu (barbecue pork), menma (seasoned bamboo shoots), ajitsuke tamago (ramen egg), nori (seaweed) and scallions!

  • Miso Ramen - Our miso soup is made from scratch using miso (fermented soybean paste), doubanjiang (spicy bean sauce), sesame seeds and oil, chicken broth and white pepper powder! Traditional toppings include chashu (braised pork belly, may be substituted for another meat), ajitsuke tamago (ramen egg), blanched bean sprout, shiraga negi (julienned white negi/leeks), sweet corn kernels, chopped green onions and nori (seaweed!)

  • Shoyu Ramen - Shoyu is a ramen dish with a broth made of soy sauce and comes with such toppings as ajitsuke tamago (ramen egg), bean sprouts, sesame seeds, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, nori (seaweed), narutomaki (fish cake), chashu, menma (Seasoned bamboo shoots), scallions and bonito flakes!

  • Tonkotsu Ramen - Tonkotsu is a ramen dish made with a pork bone broth! It also features the traditional toppings as the above ramen bowls such as chashu, scallions, akitsuke tamago (ramen egg), bean sprouts, sesame seeds, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, nori (seaweed) and menma (seasoned bamboo shoots)!

Entrees

  • Pork Kakuni - Thick slices of succulent Koshu pork slow cooked in a sweet, savory sauce. If prepared properly, the meat literally melts in your mouth.

  • Karniyarik - Topped with a single slice of tomato, this baked stuffed eggplant is positively bursting with hamsa meat and rich spices.

  • Lechon Kawali - Lechon Kawali is a popular pork belly dish deep-fried to golden perfection, golden and crunchy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside.

Appetizers

  • Persimmon Leaf Sushi - One of many varieties of the Hingan dish sushi, this iteration consists of sweet vinegared rice topped with fish, pressed into a narrow rectangle, and finally wrapped in green persimmon leaves.

  • Takoyaki - Bite-sized balls of fried pastry each containing a solitary chunk of tender octopus in their gooey, molten centers.

  • Steppe Dumplings - Your choice of either Buuz (steamed) or Khuushuur (fried) dumplings! Both options are stuffed with minced meat along with garlic, salt and other Steppe spices. Perfect for the cold Ishgardian climate!

Desserts

  • Dorayaki - A classic Hingan confection, dorayaki is made of honey pancake sandwich with sweet red bean filling. It’s wildly popular amongst children and adults alike in the Far East! Each order contains four servings of dorayaki!

  • Taiyaki - A classic street vendor snack in Hingashi, taiyaki is a warm fish-shaped cake with red bean filling. This waffle-like Hingan snack is very popular at street fairs and festivals in the Far East! Each order contains four servings of taiyaki!

  • Mochi Ice Cream - Your choice of ice cream encased by the mochi’s sweet rice dough! Current flavors available are rolanberry, mango, matcha, chocolate, red bean, vanilla or kona coffee! Mochi ice cream can be mixed and matched and ordered in servings of six!

Alcoholic Drinks

  • White Peach Sakura Sake - Far Eastern rice wine made from fermented rice served in an ochoko. Delightful aromas and flavors of just ripe, white peaches in cream with a sweet, full-bodied palate define this particular white peach sakura sake. Can be purchased by the cup or bottle!

  • Ishgardian red wine - A thick and fragrant red wine, best paired with red meat dishes. Try it with our lechon kawali!

  • Doman ale - Traditional Doman ale, served by the pint or bottle!

  • Rolanberry Lassi (with Limsan rum) - A sweet and tangy drink made from cultured milk. Popular in the Near Eastern city-state of Radz-at-Han for its ability to soothe the burn of heavily spiced dishes. Can be served without rum for a non-alcoholic option!

  • Airag - Fermented milk imported from the Steppe!

Non-Alcoholic Drinks

  • Boba Tea - Your choice of rolanberry, chocolate and dragonfruit tea mixed with milk and iced to perfection with delicate tapioca pearls!

  • Ramune - A Hingan carbonated drink served in a bottle sealed by a round marble! Current flavors available are mango, rolanberry, grape, dragonfruit, lychee, and peach! Check back soon for more flavor availability!

  • Tea - Your choice of Doman, Steppe, or Ishgardian based tea. Doman tea is an after supper beverage naturally sweetened with dried persimmons, widely popular in the Far East. Steppe Tea is a thick, creamy beverage popular on the Azim Steppe made from steeped fermented tea leaves and a generous helping of dzo milk. Rather than adding milk to boiling water that has been infused with tea leaves, as is the fashion in lower Eorzea, Ishgardian tea is brewed by boiling yak milk and letting dried Coerthan tea leaves steep right into the hot liquid. Sugar cubes and mint sprigs available upon request!

  • Natural Juice - Freshly squeezed and cold juice for a simple and sweet flavor. Available currently in orange, rolanberry, mango, among other flavors! Feel free to ask for specific requests.

  • Steppe Milk - Compared to that of an aldgoat, marid, or deathmouse, the milk of a steppe dzo is high in fat and flavor.
