    Signature Cocktails

    • Hingan Sour: - White Peach Soju poured over ice, topped with seltzer water and finished with a squeeze and twist of Hingan Yuzu

    • Ala'Mhigan Punch: - Cactus syrup, whiskey and a dash of bitters shaken together and served up.

    • Dark And Stormy: - Dark rum, ginger beer and a twist of lime. A sure way to cheer you up during bad weather.

    • Rusted Nail: - Barrel aged whiskey, Glayva liqueur and a twist of lime combine into a classic.

    • Sundowner(NA): - White grape juice, seltzer and a touch of mint. Reminiscent of a white wine if you are abstaining.

    • The Boxer(NA): - Midland basil, muddled into sugar and a lime wedge. Served over ice and topped with seltzer.

    Cheese Fondue

    Creamy cheese melted with wine brought to your table atop a small portable stove. A selection of bread, vegetables, fried cheese curds and soft pretzels are served alongside. This is made to share, please make use of the forks.

    Looking for a snack? This might suit your fancy. Spreadable fresh cheeses, cubes of ages varieties and everything in between are served in a single portion along with several toast points.
