About the Free Company
Bladesworn Order is an adventurer’s guild home to many types of people and personalities. Nestled deep in the Mists, Bladesworn Hall welcomes all people looking for work, hearth, and home.The Order was initially created to tackle the unique challenges that those in Eorzea faced. It quickly grew to help newcomers adjust to the adventurer lifestyle, while supporting veteran adventurers and allowing them to adventure more freely through solid support and a steady supply of work. The company collates all the requests it receives and redistributes it in the form of quests and adventures assigned to adventurers based on both skill and ability.Within the company, there are three unique divisions.The Adventurers take on the jobs posted on the job board. Enough time and experience in these ranks and you'll be leading small teams on more and more complex jobs! High risk, high reward!The Craftsmen keep gear in proper order, and take on unique assignments and commissions to keep the Company running. Special material requests can be made to design better gear and weapons!The Attendants keep the Company running. In this unique role, experienced members can accept or deny jobs from outside sources, collate information, and put jobs on the board for others to take on and complete. They provide vital information to keep things moving and members safe.Bladesworn Order offers adventurers of all statures home and hearth, a generous and well supplied library, combat trainings, and a way to ply their trade. Gone are the days of roaming from town to town in hopes of finding those who need help, and in its place stands an organization capable of supplying work and coin for all manners of jobs from clearing out a bat infested cave, to crafting a dining table for a local family.
