What is the Youkai Feast?

Every year the people of Hingashi gather for a night of telling tales of fright at Suiren Shrine. In which Youkai and mortal alike dine on fine food and sake in mutual celebration. Of course, the mortal guests are cautioned to wear a mask.For what if the food doesn't satisfy our other guests.

What will Suiren be doing?

  • All you can eat meal of hot pot, dumplings, and various treats.

  • Selling of handmade masks, said to be charmed to fool the Youkai and ghosts that gather this eve.

  • Open stage story telling.

  • Costume Contest.
